Business and Executive Coaching

I have over 15 years experience in motivating people to meet business and personal objectives at all levels within an organisation.   I have worked at senior management level in marketing and business development roles for major Professional Services Firms in the UK.   A core strength throughout my career has been my strong communication skills and natural enthusiasm for delivering the best results.  I have specific skills in active listening, questioning techniques, motivation, communication, marketing and business development.

I am particularly experienced at working with senior partners and managers in organisations where leadership challenges can be demanding and there is a desire for change.  Coaching can help develop self awareness and align personal objectives with those of the business, which leads to increased motivation and improved business results.  Coupling this with a marketing and business development focus enables me to help senior executives harmonise a desire for enhanced individual or cultural performance with strategic revenue and profit objectives.

Coaching is now employed in the vast majority of organisations.  It is regarded as one of the most effective practices in use - CIPD Annual Review 2010.

A coach's role is to support the individual and the organisation in drawing on their internal talents to produce the business objectives.
