How does it work?I am trained to listen on a completely different level than a typical conversation you may have with family or friends. I am entirely impartial and will ask powerful questions that take you below your surface thinking so that you can draw on resources you never knew existed within you.
The conversations are challenging, inspiring and driven, allowing you, the client to feel uplifted, yet responsible for your feelings and emotions. The coaching process encourages you to become more aware of your strengths and abilities, take control and responsibility for your life and achieve your goals. Coaching typically involves weekly contact over a number of months. Meetings may be face to face or by telephone. Where possible the first meeting is face to face. Coaching sessions last approximately 60 minutes (except session one which usually lasts 90 minutes).
